AI back office for commercial & personal lines

Your clients send it. The busywork is already done.

Emails, applications, photos of handwritten notes, spreadsheets: the AI reads whatever arrives, prepares the submission, renewal or service request, and enters it into the carrier portal. You see where every value came from and approve before anything goes out.

  • Any source, even handwriting
  • Every value traced to its source
  • You approve, it submits
  • Proof of every submission

How it works

Three steps. You stay in charge of every one.

Automation that hides its work makes brokers nervous. Every step here is visible, explained and reversible.

01

It gathers

Point it at whatever you have: an email thread, the application PDF, a photo of your call notes, the client's vehicle spreadsheet. Everything for one client becomes one package.

02

It prepares

The AI reads every source together, fills the submission, checks it against each carrier's own rules, and flags anything it is unsure of or that two sources disagree on.

03

You approve, it submits

You confirm the flagged items in seconds. It enters everything into each carrier portal you chose, screenshots every page, and records the confirmation number.

The platform

One AI across the whole working day.

New business and renewals, commercial and personal lines, in one place. Each module shows whether you can use it today or it is still being built.

Submissions

Available now

The problem

The same client details get retyped into every carrier portal, from documents that arrive as scans, photos, emails and spreadsheets.

What it does

Hand it everything you have. It reads it all at once, fills the submission, checks each carrier's rules, and enters it into every portal you choose.

7

source types read

1 → many

one extraction, many portals

Every page

screenshotted as proof

  • PDFs, fillable ACORD forms, photos of handwriting, emails with attachments, Word, Excel
  • Each portal's required fields and formats checked before anything is typed
  • Every value read back after typing; never submits the same thing twice
  • Conflicts between sources flagged for you, with the source to open

Inbox for any email

In development

The problem

Client requests, carrier replies and attachments pile up in shared inboxes, and someone has to read, sort and act on each one.

What it does

It reads every inbound email, works out what is being asked, attaches the documents to the right client, and starts the work before you open it.

Every email

read and sorted

Attachments

filed to the client

Replies

drafted for you

  • New business, renewals, certificates and changes recognised automatically
  • Attachments become sources of the right submission
  • Draft replies wait for your approval
  • Any provider: a forwarding address, or a direct IMAP/SMTP connection (Microsoft 365 and Gmail next)

Renewals & remarketing

In development

The problem

Renewals get reviewed late, and only the largest accounts get a proper look before the client starts shopping.

What it does

Every renewing policy is checked against your agency's standards. When the premium or coverage crosses your triggers it is re-quoted, compared side by side, and a client email is drafted.

Every renewal

reviewed, not just the big ones

Your triggers

decide what is re-quoted

Side by side

price and coverage

  • Coverage gaps and missing endorsements spotted
  • Talking points ready for the call
  • Personalised renewal email drafted in your voice
  • Commercial and personal lines

Servicing

In development

The problem

Certificates of insurance, policy changes and coverage questions interrupt the day and take the team away from selling.

What it does

Routine requests are prepared from the policy on file: certificates generated, endorsement requests filled in, answers drafted, all waiting for one click.

Certificates

prepared on request

Changes

filled into the portal

Answers

drafted from the policy

  • Certificate holders and wording checked against the policy
  • Endorsement requests entered into the carrier portal
  • Client questions answered from the actual policy documents
  • Nothing leaves without your approval

Before and after

Less retyping. More advising.

The goal is not fewer brokers. It is brokers spending their day on clients instead of portals.

Today, without it

  • Client details retyped into every carrier portal
  • Requests found late in a shared inbox
  • Renewals reviewed only for the biggest accounts
  • No record of what was typed where, or by whom
  • Nobody can see where the team's hours actually go

With it

  • Typed once by the AI, checked by you, entered everywhere
  • Every email read and turned into prepared work
  • Every renewal reviewed against your standards
  • Screenshots, read-back checks and an audit log for every submission
  • Measured time saved, and suggestions for where to save more

Workflow coach

An AI that improves how your firm works.

It learns from your own firm's work: where time goes, which carriers cause corrections, what waits too long. It suggests a fix, and you accept it with one click.

Suggestions from your own data

In developmentExample
  • Summit Mutual's portal caused 41% of last month's corrections, all on garaging ZIP codes.

Add a check that confirms garaging ZIP before Summit submissions Why?
  • Renewals under a 5% premium change waited 3 days on average for review.

Send these renewal emails automatically, with a daily digest to you Why?
  • Certificate requests took 6 hours of the team's week.

Turn on prepared certificates for your 20 most-requested holders Why?

Your rules, in plain words

Each agency sets its own standards. Rules read like sentences, switch on and off individually, and show what they would have changed before you turn them on.

  • Re-quote when the renewal premium rises more than 10%
  • Always mention flood cover for coastal properties
  • Send for review if any driver is under 21
  • Never submit without a signed application on file

Every automated action can be explained and undone.

Integrations

Works with the systems you already use.

Carrier portals

Added per portal, with your own logins

Available now

Getting started

Live in days, trusted in weeks.

You start with everything going through review, then hand over more as the results earn it.

Day 1

Connect

  • Add your carrier portal logins (kept in an encrypted vault)
  • Invite your team and set roles
  • Choose the lines and carriers to start with

Week 1

Run alongside you

  • First submissions go through review
  • You approve every flagged value
  • Each carrier's quirks are captured as rules

Month 1

Measure and tune

  • A time-saved report from your own runs
  • Coach suggestions for your firm
  • Switch on automation where you trust it

Your numbers

How many hours does retyping cost you?

Enter your own figures. This is the time the platform is built to give back; your pilot measures how much it actually returns.

Calculated from your inputs only. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Security

Built for the most sensitive data you hold.

Client identities, financials and carrier logins. Here is exactly how they are protected.

AES-256-GCM encryption

Documents, extracted data, screenshots and workflow state are encrypted before storage, with keys held outside the database.

Portal logins in a vault

Carrier passwords are stored only in an encrypted vault and opened inside the worker at login. Nobody can view them again.

MFA on every account

An authenticator app is required at sign-in, and checked again by the database itself on every request.

Roles for every person

Admins, brokers and read-only viewers. Removing someone cuts their access on their next action.

A full audit trail

Every view of client data, every approval and every change is logged in a record that cannot be edited.

Minimum shown to the AI

When matching portal fields, the AI sees only field labels, never your clients' values.

No shortcuts on carrier portals

It uses your own logins and never bypasses a CAPTCHA or a portal's security check. Those come to you.

TLS everywhere

Every connection is encrypted in transit: browser, database, queue and carrier portal.

Questions

What brokers ask first.

Does it submit anything without me?

Not unless you tell it to. Anything uncertain or conflicting comes to you first, and you choose which kinds of work, if any, run without review.

Which lines of business does it cover?

Commercial and personal lines. Each carrier portal is set up with its own forms and rules, so it fills in what that carrier actually asks for.

What can I give it to read?

PDFs (including fillable ACORD forms), photos and scans (including handwritten notes), emails with their attachments, Word and Excel files, CSV, and text you paste from anywhere.

Does it work with my agency management system?

Integrations with Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft and EZLynx, and the inbox for any email provider, are in development. Submissions to carrier portals work today.

Will carriers object to automation on their portals?

It works through your agency's own logins, at a normal pace, and never bypasses a portal's security checks. We recommend a dedicated login per portal and confirming your agency agreement allows it.

How do you know how much time it saves?

Every automated step records the time it replaced, using a figure your firm can adjust, and your dashboard totals it. We would rather show you measured hours than quote a headline number.

Spend your day on clients, not portals.

Start with one carrier portal and a week of submissions under review. Keep what earns your trust.
